Work Schedule:

Monday Friday (40 hrs. per week)

1st, 7am 3:30pm

Salary:

$12.00 to $15.00 /hr

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must possess a Chauffeur license
• Experience candidates will be also considered
• Older & Retired Candidates welcome (32hrs work schedule available)
• Good driving record
• No recent driving violations
• Experience as a truck driver is not required but it will be a plus
• Resume must show a stable work experience
• Pass drug screening and background check
• Must be able to start immediately
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to present at least one professional reference
• Extensive knowledge of applicable truck driving rules and regulations
• Adaptability and foresight to handle unexpected situations (traffic, weather conditions etc)
• High School diploma or equivalent

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Lift, carry and push and or pull up to 50 lbs
• Bend, twist and reach overhead frequently.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Transporting finished goods and raw materials over land to and from manufacturing plants
• Inspecting vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues
• Planning routes and meeting delivery schedules
• Comply with truck driving rules and regulations (size, weight, route designations)
• Maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions
• Collect and verify delivery instructions
