A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A 1ST SHIFT PRODUCTION WORKER / GENERAL LABOR

As an entry-level Production Worker / General Labor, you are a can-do person who steps right in and embraces teamwork. You are willing to participate in all aspects of manufacturing and production work, including the production line, assembly line, and quality inspections.

You like "getting in the zone," doing a good job, and leaving your work at work. You are happy to be in an open factory environment rather than stuck in a small office cubicle--and you love earning additional income through frequent overtime!

QUALIFICATIONS FOR A 1ST SHIFT PRODUCTION WORKER / GENERAL LABOR

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work in hot and cold conditions and be on your feet for an entire shift
• Ability to lift up to 3 lbs.
• 6 months of recent and stable work experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to pass a drug screening and background check
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to start immediately

1ST SHIFT WORK SCHEDULE

This full-time entry-level position typically works Monday - Friday, 6 AM - 2:30 PM. Saturdays are voluntary. When needed, overtime is a required part of this position. Overtime shifts are 10-11 hours long.
